A wedding coordinator at a venue and a wedding planner perform two completely different jobs although our duties may sometimes overlap. While a venue coordinator is extremely helpful when planning the aspects of the day taking place at the venue, that is typically where their job ends. Venue coordinators work in the best interest of their venue, while serving the client and making sure their wishes are considered. A freelance coordinator/planner focuses on the entire wedding day, starting from very first thing in the morning until the event is completely over.

As much or as little as you decide! My involvement depends on the package that you choose when hiring Bustle & Co. However, what makes us different is that no matter what package you decide is right for you, we are still here for you through it all.

No, we will never be the company that takes on more than one wedding in a day. I personally do not even take on more than one wedding per weekend, this is where my fabulous associate coordinator comes in. If I am booked for your date, you then have the option to hire my girl, Leigh, to be your day of Coordinator!

Absolutely! Travel costs will of course be factored into your final price, but we are always open to traveling to assist you on your big day!

I do require 50% of the total as a deposit at the time of signing your contract and the remaining balance to be paid 30 days prior to your event date. We accept payment through Venmo, check or cash. If a payment plan is something that you are in need of, please reach out and we can discuss some options that may work for you.

This is usually a case-by-case situation. There are so many factors that will come into consideration, but rest assured that we are only here to make your life easier and consider all of our brides family. We will do everything in our power to accommodate you, should any issues occur.
