FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN

This is for the couple who is ready to hand over the reigns and let us work our magic. From communicating with vendors and working within your budget, to design, logistics, and final details, our team handles it all.

    • Unlimited emails + phone calls (after all I am your new wedding BFF)

    • Monthly check-ins to discuss progress of planning + to do lists

    • Reach out to a curated list of vendors specifically chosen for you - check availability, current prices, review contracts, + secure services

    • Up to six in person meetings,

    • Assist in compiling a list of vendors that fit into your budget

    • Work with bride to maintain budget and choose vendors that are perfect for each client

    • Provide a spreadsheet showing costs - deposits, due dates, etc.

    • It's all about the details! tell us your love story + let's wow your guests

    • Establish color combinations, theme, + design concepts

    • Reach out to rental companies + florists to gather proposals, manage orders throughout process

    • Help coordinate hotel blocks, welcome bags, + favors, if applicable

    • Book guest + bridal party transportation, if needed

    • Send reminders and assist in save the dates and invitation timeline

    • Venue walk through to finalize placement of decor, tables, vendors, etc.

    • Produce a minute-by-minute timeline of your wedding day to distribute to all vendors

    • Develop a layout of your wedding venue

    • Review all vendor contracts and confirm quantities of rental orders

    • Communicate with ceremony + reception on-site staff about venue guidelines

    • Confirm arrival times + setup/breakdown with vendors

    • Coordinate rehearsal ceremony to ensure peace of mind for your family + wedding party

    • First person onsite to set up + properly style your rentals, florals, + decor

    • Unlimited hours of onsite management, up until after hours (12:00 am)

    • Assist wedding party during hair, makeup, + dressing

    • Serve as the "go to" person for the day - handle all questions from vendors + guests

    • Direct ceremony, line up wedding party, + cue musicians with song selections

    • Assist emcee/dj and make sure announcements are made on time

    • Work closely with catering team to ensure highest level of guest experience

    • Manage cleanup of personal decor, deliver wedding gifts to designated family member

PARTIAL PLANNING

Our Partial Planning package is for the couple who feels comfortable with the initial planning stages but wants to bring a planner on board to bring their vision to life.

    • Detailed meeting regarding the planning

    • Walk through of the venue to discuss placement of decor, tables, vendors, etc

    • Unlimited emails + phone calls

    • Unlimited vendor recommendations

    • Produce a minute by minute timeline of your wedding day

    • Develop a layout of the wedding venue

    • Review all vendor contracts + confirm quantities of rental orders

    • Communicate with ceremony + reception onsite staff about venue guidelines

    • Confirm arrival times + setup/breakdown with vendors

    • Distribute timeline to all vendors so that everyone is 100% prepared for the day

    • Coordinate rehearsal ceremony (1 hour)

    • Arrive early to venue to ensure proper setup - decor, menus, florals, placecards, favors, guest book,

    • Gifts, etc. we want the day to be exactly how you envisioned it

    • Assist the bride + bridesmaids during hair, makeup, + dressing

    • Serve as the "go to" person for the day - handle all questions from vendors + guests

    • Onsite coordination + management of entire wedding day (unlimited amount of hours)

    • Assist emcee/dj and make sure announcements are made on time - grand entrances, toasts, etc.

    • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors if necessary
